Hybrid Train (75-minute sessions)
Age Range: 12-18 years old
Experience: N/A
Goals: Develop a stable core, power, flexibility, agility, speed, and body awareness
Required: Futures and Academy Squad members or coaches recommendation
This course is a requirement for the Futures Squad and a supplemental to the Academy Squad players.
This physical conditioning program is specifically designed to compliment our on court training by helping provide a base for physical development.
These training sessions help reduce injuries and develop a foundation for power training.
Players will learn the basics of safe strength training, rehabilitation/maintenance techniques, develop agility and speed, the importance and techniques of stretching & mobility, the importance and basics of power training, and develop the core for stability and power.
Participation with this squad is based on playing ability and coach’s recommendation.
